AMSOIL Ea Oil Filters (EaO, Ea15K) have one of the best efficiency ratings in the automotive market providing a filtering efficiency of 98.7 percent at 20 microns.  Their construction and large contaminant capacity make them ideal for extended oil drain intervals.

Filters designated with product code Ea15K are recommended for 15,000 miles/one year, whichever comes first, in normal or severe service.

Filters designated with product code EaO are recommended for 25,000 miles/one year, whichever comes first, in normal service or 15,000 miles/one year, whichever comes first, in severe service.

AMSOIL EaBP Bypass Oil Filters provide maximum filtration protection against engine wear and engine oil degradation.  The have an efficiency rating of 98.7% at two microns.  They are intended to dramatically extend both oil drain intervals and engine service life.  These filters work in conjunction with the engine's full-flow oil filter and continually filter a portion of the sump capacity (approximately 10%).

Bypass filters use a synthetic/cellulose sandwiched filter media and are very effective soot removal devices.  They remove 39% of soot contaminants less than one micron in size.  These filters also help maintain oil viscosity, improve oil cooling, increase oil system capacity, reduce downtime, and reduce operational costs.

Excellent filtering efficiency and high levels of contaminant capacity for heavy-duty on- and off-road gasoline and diesel applications.  Provide extended service intervals that coincide with the maximum drain interval recommendations of AMSOIL synthetic engine oils (not to exceed one year).

Made with a full metal base plate for superior strength at the double seal and also features a silicone anti-drainback valve.  Glass-enhanced media in WIX oil filters offers greater efficiency, capturing more 10 to 12 micron sized particles than other cellulose/synthetic blend medias.
